Why Mulch?

Mulch evens the soil temperature and reduces water from evaporating. Mulch also prevents weed growth, and adds nutrients to the soil as it decays and improves organic content to the soil. Mulch in your landscape also improves root density of developing trees, and therefore the long term health and stability of the tree.
